The quotation form asks for your company, country, contact name, e-mail address and, if you choose, a phone number, together with the technical details of your request: vehicles, quantities, capacities, delivery location and timing, tender reference and notes.

The form does not send or store anything on this website. Pressing Request a quote opens a draft in your own e-mail client, addressed to sales@matesltd.com. Nothing reaches MATEŞ until you send that e-mail, and any files you attach travel with it.

Under articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, MATEŞ uses the details you send to:

• answer your request and prepare a configuration, specification or quotation;
• carry out the communication and coordination that a quotation and a contract require;
• keep track of customer relationships and corporate correspondence;
• meet the commercial, accounting and other obligations set by law.

Under articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, personal data may be shared only as far as these purposes require: with suppliers, to the extent needed to provide the products and services you request, and with authorised public bodies and courts when the law requires it.

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask MATEŞ to:

• tell you whether your personal data is processed, and give information about it;
• explain the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• name the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred;
• correct incomplete or inaccurate data, and inform those third parties of the correction;
• erase or destroy data once the reasons for processing no longer exist, and inform those third parties;
• hear your objection to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis;
• compensate damage caused by unlawful processing.

Send your request in writing to the address above, in person with proof of identity or through a notary; by registered electronic mail (KEP) signed with a secure electronic signature to matestasit@hs01.kep.tr; or by e-mail to info@matesltd.com with the subject “Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu Bilgi Talebi”.

Requests are answered free of charge within thirty days at the latest, as the law requires. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
