Process

From drawing to apron.

Design
Each vehicle starts as a tailor-made design: chassis, tank volume and equipment configured to the customer's operation.
Fabrication
Aluminium and steel construction. Tanks, piping and superstructure are built in-house.
Testing
A test rig at the plant simulates real-time fuelling operations, for both vehicle testing and operator training.

To simulate real-time fuelling operations, we built a test rig at our Sincan plant for both vehicle testing and training. Our experienced team trains customer operators to use the fuelling equipment safely and efficiently.

The company

On the apron since 1995.

Since 1995, MATEŞ has designed and produced aircraft and helicopter refuellers, hydrant dispensers, hydrant pit cleaners and fixed and mobile filtration units, with capacities up to 85,000 litres and flow rates up to 4,000 L/min.

Every unit is produced to international standards. Genuine designs, reliability and devotion to safety in refuelling made MATEŞ a strong trademark in the aviation market, with vehicles in service from Portugal to Oman.
